This page explains what information Vullow Studios collects through the booking website and how it is used.
Booking information
When you make a booking, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, selected session, party size and painting package. We use this information to register, manage and contact you about your booking.
Fellowship information
When you apply for or join the Vullow Fellowship, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, membership status and the Stripe references needed to administer your monthly membership. We use this information to activate your membership, provide booking instructions and contact you about your Fellowship.
Why we process it
Your details are needed to provide the experience you request and to operate the studio’s booking administration. We do not use booking details for unrelated marketing without separate permission.
How long we keep it
Booking information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, customer service and applicable financial or legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Who can access it
Only authorised Vullow managers and service providers needed to operate this website can access booking information. We do not sell customer data.
Payments
Studio reservations are currently paid in person at Vullow Studios. Monthly Fellowship payments and any earlier online booking payments are processed securely by Stripe. Vullow stores the payment or subscription status, amount and transaction references needed to manage your purchase, but does not receive or store your card or bank login credentials.
Cookies and referral links
This website uses one necessary cookie to remember that you have seen the cookie notice. It does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. When you open a partner referral link, a short-lived session marker prevents the same visit from being counted repeatedly. The referral code, but no additional personal profile, is saved with a completed booking so Vullow can measure partner results.
Your choices and rights
You may ask Vullow to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. You may also withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time by clearing the site’s cookies.
